The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The front desk staff was exceptional. Serhie was incredibly helpful in getting me a train ticket back to Poland. He was very patient and stayed late on a Friday evening to help me even though I'm sure he wanted to go home. The older male bartender was very friendly and kind. The food from the bar was good. I ate 2 or 3 meals at the bar. The breakfast was delicious and has really improved considerably since the last time I was here about 3 and 1/2 years ago when they had breakfast in the second floor bar area. It was very fresh and they had many options.

Room was smaller than it seems on photos, but acceptable. Breakfast was perfect.
