The staff at the front door ( I assume in Dark blue uniform) , they were never available at the front gate for any luggage handling and if even if they are there , they try to avoid the clients. Otherwise reception staff was extremely helpful and they were doing kind of multi tasking when we arrived early morning at the hotel.
