I had a disappointing experience during my stay. First, the check-in process took around 25 minutes, while other guests who arrived after me were checked in quickly and received their rooms without delay. Second, I tried to call room service three times to order food, but the line kept disconnecting each time, which made it impossible to place an order and only on the fourth time i was able to place my order. Third, when I turned on the bathtub water, the water came out yellow for the first few seconds, which is unacceptable and raises concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. There were a few other minor issues, but these were the main problems that affected my stay. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
