The duty manager Suey was warm and polite, and helped me arrange a car to the airport. Since my departure was quite early, duty manager Silver even packed my breakfast in advance for me. Even though some of the other staff members weren’t very fluent in English, they either used translation apps or actively asked colleagues who could speak English for assistance. The service quality here is truly excellent.
